Dear Benefactors and Friends,

We warmly wish you a Blessed Advent from Mary, Mother of God School!  We have been praying for you and asking that Our Lady be beside you during this holy season of Advent as we prepare for the birth of the Saviour.

Birthdays are a big deal at the school!  The children start counting down their special day far in advance!  We mark it on the calendar, celebrate with gusto, and thank God for making each precious child, offering the Rosary for them that day. 

At the moment, we are all counting down the days until another special birthday.  Advent at the school has a particular glow as we eagerly await the birth of Christ. We anticipate that luminous birth by offering the loving labour that goes into putting on our Christmas Pageant as a gift of love to the Holy Child. 

Speaking of gifts—you, dear friends, are a great gift to us!  We thank Our Lord for you daily—and for your generous help as you keep this little light of ours shining on Queen St. West.

As 2025 comes to a close, we ask you please to remember the School in your Christmas gift-giving.  Your spiritual and financial support make this merry bustle and joyful noise possible, and we thank you sincerely for helping us to educate the children in faith.

May you know true comfort and deep joy this Christmas.  You remain always in our prayers and hearts.  Merry Christmas!
